要符合申請永居的資格，你要通過英國生活測驗（Life in the UK Test）與英語能力測驗。

英國生活測驗（Life in the UK Test）
Book and pass the Life in the UK Test

英語能力測驗 (English Language Test)

  • 需擁有英語口語與聽力至少達到B1級別的英語資格證書，或擁有以英語授課或研究的學位。

    英語能力測驗豁免條件：

  • 年滿65歲或以上

  • 因長期身體或心理狀況無法參加

     

  • meet the English language requirements by having an English qualification with at least level B1 in speaking and listening or a degree taught or researched in English

    Exemption for English Test:

  • aged 65 or over

  • unable to, because of a long-term physical or mental condition

兩項測驗（英國生活測驗及英語能力測驗）豁免條件：
Exemption for both tests:

  • 未滿18歲

  • 65歲或以
     

如果你無法通過這些測驗，你必須續簽簽證，以確保你在英國有合法居留資格。

If you cannot meet the requirements, you have to renew your visa to ensure that you have the valid leave to remain in the UK.
