港援獲得英國移民法律意見監管機構發出最高級別認證資格！Hong Kong Aid Achieves Level 3 Immigration Advice Accreditation!

正式宣佈，Hong Kong Aid 喺2025 年 6 月 30 日獲得英國移民監管機構發出 Level 3 認證，係移民法律意見監管機構認可級別當中最高級別嘅專業資格。

We are pleased to announce that on 30 June 2025, Hong Kong Aid was officially granted Level 3 accreditation by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the highest level of authorisation for immigration advice in the UK.

🌟 表示我地有資格：

✅ 代表服務使用者向移民及庇護法庭（First-tier Tribunal）上訴

✅ 處理複雜庇護、人權、以及遞交（further submissions）等案件

✅ 為香港族群提供免費、以香港語進行嘅進階移民意見同作為服務使用者嘅法律代表

🌟 Our organisation is now authorised to:

✅ Represent clients before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)

✅ Handle complex asylum, human rights, and further submissions cases

✅ Provide advanced, free immigration advice in Cantonese for the Hongkonger community, and act as legal representatives for our service users

✨ 我哋係第一個獲得最高專業認證而提供香港語免費移民法律意見嘅港人機構，但我哋嘅資源同人手極度有限且仍然供不應求。希望有相關知識或興趣又願意做義工嘅朋友加入我哋移民諮詢嘅團隊，有興趣請電郵cm@hkaid.org.uk。

✨ While we are currently the only Hongkonger-led organisation offering free Level 3 immigration legal advice in Cantonese, our capacity remains very limited and demand continues to exceed what we can provide.
