【港援緊急危機介入服務】
[EMERGENCY CRISIS INTERVENTION]
港援為面臨無家可歸、突發危機、情緒或家庭狀況出現嚴重問題的人士提供緊急介入支援。同時，我們亦為正等候政治庇護審批、且未能成功獲批英國政府資助（NASS support）的手足提供臨時住宿。
Hong Kong Aid provides rapid crisis intervention for individuals facing homelessness, immediate physical/emotional danger, or severe family breakdown. We also extend residential care and temporary accommodation to asylum seekers who are awaiting decisions and are unable to access government NASS support.
我們設有24小時求助機制。對於緊急個案，我們承諾在6小時內作出回應並提供協助。為保障求助者，我們只會按法例要求收集最基本的必要個人資料。
Our emergency service operates 24/7. We commit to responding to and assisting urgent cases within 6 hours. To protect our service users, we only collect the minimum personal information strictly required by law.
【情緒疏導及個案介入】
[EMOTIONAL COUNSELLING AND CASES INTERVENTION]
我們為尚未取得居留身份或未能適應英國生活的香港人，提供持續的個案管理及介入服務。針對個別需求，我們會協助求助者連結並使用英國本地的社區支援網絡及 NHS 醫療服務。
We provide ongoing case management for Hongkongers who are still securing their legal status or struggling to adapt to life in the UK. We tailor our support to individual needs, assisting service users in navigating and accessing local UK support networks and NHS medical services.
在情緒支援方面，港援與「圍爐傾 Hearth Talk」緊密合作。由英美註冊的心理學家、心理諮詢師及治療師團隊，提供專業的情緒疏導及輔導服務。此舉有效填補了 NHS 精神健康服務輪候時間過長的問題，為受創傷或遇上生活巨變的香港人解決迫切的情緒需要。
For emotional support, we partner closely with Hearth Talk, a team of UK/US-registered psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. Together, we provide professional emotional counselling services, bridging the critical gap caused by long NHS mental health service waiting times and offering immediate relief to Hongkongers in distress.
【維生開支保護網】
[LIFE-SUSTAINING EXPENSE PROTECTION]
針對無力負擔日常膳食及禦寒衣物的香港人，我們會發放非現金形式的物資或禮券援助。我們極度重視求助者的私隱：由申請、審批到發放物資的整個過程，申請人都無需提供全名或身份證明文件。我們將透過嚴密的內部數據核實程序，在保障私隱的前提下確認申請的真實性。
We provide non-cash assistance (such as vouchers or essential items) to Hongkongers who are struggling to afford basic food expenses and winter clothing. We prioritize your privacy: applicants are not required to provide their full names or identity documents at any stage, from application submission to vetting and distribution. Instead, we verify the authenticity of applications through a secure, privacy-first data verification process.
【免費入境法律支援服務】
[FREE IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES]
港援已於英國入境事務專員公署（IAA）註冊並受其監管，團隊擁有最高認可級別的入境法律代表。我們深信，取得專業法律意見是基本權利，絕不應受經濟能力所限。因此，我們為陷入財困的 BNO 簽證持有人及尋求庇護者，提供免費的專業入境法律服務。
Hong Kong Aid is authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at the highest level. We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right that should never be dictated by one's financial situation. Therefore, we provide professional immigration legal services that are entirely free at the point of need for BNO visa holders in financial hardship and individuals seeking asylum.
從 BNO 簽證申請、續期、到尋求政治庇護及複雜的上訴程序，我們會為求助者提供精準的法律意見並代為辦理手續，確保同路人不會因無法負擔高昂的私人律師費而喪失居留權力或面臨遣返危機。
From BNO visa applications and renewals to navigating complex asylum claims and appeal processes, we provide accurate legal advice and representation. We ensure that Hongkongers are never forced to risk deportation or lose their right to remain simply because they cannot afford private legal fees.
