如果你持有BNO簽證並且已在英國連續居住滿5年，你可以申請永居（Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)）。

計算離境日數：
You can apply for settlement if you have a BNO visa and you’ve spent 5 continuous years in the UK.

Counting the absence:

  • 在特定情況下，例如申請人在任何12個月內無正當理由離境超過180天，連續居留將被視為中斷。

  • 計算離境天數時，只需計算完整的日數。若離境不足24小時（即部分日數），則不計入離境日數。

  • 你最早可以在滿5年居留前的28天內申請永居。

  • 你必須確保自己在英國有有效的居留許可！

  • 在大多數情況下，你在任何12個月內離開英國的時間不得超過180天。

  • 在遞交永居申請後，你不得離開英國、愛爾蘭、海峽群島或馬恩島，直到收到決定為止。如果你離境，你的申請將被撤回。

Can I travel after submitting ILR application?

​在遞交永居申請後，你不得離開英國、愛爾蘭、海峽群島或馬恩島，直到收到決定為止。如果你離境，你的申請將被撤回。

After you submit the ILR application, you must not travel outside of the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man until you get a decision. Your application will be withdrawn if you do.
